I paid $150. Setup was easy. I used a remote tree to calibrate the viewfinder. The main scam is trying to keep objects in the viewfinder due to the Earth's rotation. I try to rotate the telescope but it wants to return to its previous position. It tightens, but comes at a low cost. I often have to use the red dot finder to re-aim. I haven't seen a red spot on Jupiter, but I've seen 3 of its satellites. Mars looks like a slightly larger orange sphere. It's so cool to see the rings of Saturn. They are visible, but the planet in the viewfinder is still small. Saturn and its rings are white like the moon, not multicolored. The moon is still impressive when properly focused. In each phase of the moon you can see many craters. When the moon is full, the craters on its circumference don't match its apparently smooth surface. My neighbor was blown away by the view and wants his own telescope. I bought a cheap 2x Barlow lens and it works well with this telescope, the craters on the moon are even more impressive. I haven't seen Uranus yet.
