Belt slips in turntable

The belt and turntable are new, but the belt keeps slipping. Trying to replace, hopefully better second time. Update * the new one works better. It's best if you know what you're doing. DO NOT CLAMP WITH YOUR BELT. IF YOU DO THIS BE CAREFUL, DO NOT STRETCH IF YOU CAN HELP. MAKE AN INSURANCE.
