When they say all parts are included they mean all 45 parts. because nothing was collected. odds and ends and screws. This is a DIY kit. easy to understand instructions > not a single word. ai/3 sheets of paper with tiny pictures of each of the many parts with a letter next to it. but there are no letters on the label on the items. Okay, I started right away with the first tiny photo. I couldn't tell if it was the top or bottom of the piece but never mind it still wouldn't fit where it was supposed to go unless I pulled out my big hammer. That's it. I packed everything and picked it up in the morning. I didn't pay that much money to FULLY assemble 45 parts with no written instructions and tiny photos of the objects. and about a thousand pieces of styrofoam the size of a tiny peppercorn completely disintegrated into blocks of packaging foam in a box. The manufacturer is so cheap that they even bought the cheapest packaging material they could buy. And I have to delete them!
