Review on 💡 Solo Lights Advanced Electronic Fluorescent Ballast by Eric Temple

I received this unit and it didn't work. I used a multimeter to test it (you can find this test in several places on youtube and articles) and it was indeed defective (there was measurable resistance from the power wire to one of the neutral wires and it should be an open circuit). . Sent it back and asked for a replacement (because I need a part). Tested before installation. Same problem, 3 neutrals were "open" with a hot wire, 1 wasn't (failure). Also back. Interestingly, both parts looked like they had been previously installed, so I'm wondering if they'll come back without a test. Anyway, waste of time but appreciate that I can get them back.
