My cat has a love-hate relationship with this little house. It took her about a week to even get started because. well cats. Assembly was easy and probably took around 30-45 minutes. Surprisingly it's a lot smaller than I thought I live in a small studio and it doesn't take up too much extra space. I placed it next to my kitchen and eventually she started using the platter to sit and watch me cook which is way better than hopping on my kitchen table or countertop. The only thing she doesn't use is indoors. It's a bit too closed and dark for me, the door needs to be a bit bigger considering the amount of space inside. Also, at the moment, the stairs are mostly just decoration, it's a cat, it will jump up. However, if you have a cat that needs help, then the ladder has a purpose. It's been about 4 months since I received it and the only issue I had was that the stairs and banister had a tendency to come loose, forcing me to re-tighten them. Not a huge issue, but it just tells me it won't be super durable over time.
