I have a 2000 Toyota 4runner and the car sized hammock fits perfectly. Before buying I measured everything, the dimensions in the photo correspond to the size of the product. When I measured my car, some of the measurements were wrong, but I bought the hammock that came closest to the measurements. The material seems durable and well made, it has just been installed so I have to test it before commenting on its durability or the ease of cleaning of this product. To keep the hammock in place well there are tie downs that took the longest time but once you have them everything else will be very easy to do. Tighten the straps around the head restraints as tight as possible. The velcro straps are very strong, I had to thread my fingers through them (I didn't want to pull too hard just in case the squirming fingers worked), but close right around the strap holding the buckle. It comes with everything you need (no instructions needed), even an extra seat belt. I took Óski for short walks (2 hours from home) with a hammock. This is really a great product. My pup has lots of energy and loves to scratch, dig and chew on new things. Of course, I try to discourage such behavior, but despite this, the hammock withstood such behavior. I gave him some water in a bowl and of course, like puppies do, he hit the bowl and spilled the water - the hammock is actually waterproof. With a mind like that, I'm confident that if Oski is involved in an accident, my seats will be secure.
