Would be nice if you could rely on it to work

Was thrilled to receive the number pad. When I opened it up it looked brand new but when I tried to use it the 4 and 9 keys didn't work. They didn't seem to be stuck, but they just didn't work. Then they started working, but I got about 12 nines or fours when I pressed the button just once. I received a small card along with a number pad and an email address to contact the seller if I wasn't happy. So I emailed them and got no response. I also tried contacting them through Revain but they never responded. Not a good product and definitely not good customer service.

Pros
