So far it is great for my opinion

I love this thing. It was easy to install. I've only had it up for a month so I can't advise how it will hold up over the long run. It has great grip on the mops and brooms and then the hooks for dust pans and extra mop heads. So far everything is working out well.

My husband was able to install this with no instructions (they didn''t come with them). I was hesitant to order at 1st because I read negative feedback 1st. The fact is yes, the springs are tight BUT when you have kids and dogs running around you can be sure the broom and mops won''t fall. Also, we have a mop that holds liquid and these are able to support the weight. Lastly, the hooks make it easy to organize what mop heads, dusters, etc with the proper handles.
