To fit a '94 Dakota, you may need to drill an additional hole in each brake if using an aftermarket tow kit.
Fits my 1994 Dodge Dakota fairly well, the only change I had to make was the 90 degree hitch bracket. I had to rearrange the small brackets, drill holes in the brackets and reuse those screws. Not a big deal for an aftermarket towing package. I used a Westin 73000 Fey Diamonstep Chrome rear bumper.
