I received this product on May 8, 2015 and installed it the same day. Today, August 18, 2015, it went out of service during rush hour on I285. The cable pulled out of the connector attached to the throttle and I ran out of throttle other than using the cruise control to accelerate/brake until I found a safe place to stop. I was able to make temporary repairs and didn't have to be towed. The plug is crimped over the plastic sleeve and the cable is simply pulled out of the plug/sleeve. Very bad design to say the least. I don't even want to think about what could have happened if this accident had happened while crossing a busy intersection etc.
