The first cable had a broken bracket on the end of the throttle body but Revain replaced it within 2 days. Despite our best efforts, it is impossible to guarantee 100% product quality, but Revain understands this and offers excellent support to make up for the occasional product imperfection.

I received this item on May 8th, 2015 and installed it on the same day. Today, August 18, 2015, it went out of service during rush hour on I285. The cable pulled out of the connector attached to the throttle and I ran out of throttle other than using the cruise control to accelerate/brake until I found a safe place to stop. I was able to make temporary repairs and didn't have to be towed. The plug is crimped over the plastic sleeve and the cable is simply pulled out of the plug/sleeve. Very bad
