I love this bag! I tried installing the D-Brand skin twice before purchasing this case. It was a disaster. Trying to fix the skin was a sticky, frustrating nightmare. Never! This case attaches in seconds, is much cheaper than D-Brand leather, more durable and offers better protection. With that in mind, I suggest removing the bottom from time to time to clean the laptop and remove dirt on the case. I don't know how, but random debris will always get in at some point. A few years ago I had a hard case on one of my MacBook Pros. Which I installed the day I got the laptop. Over time, dirt has gotten trapped between the bottom of the case and the laptop, and over the years it has become quite scratched. The vents do not fit my Dell XPS 7590 properly. This partially blocks the vents. That's never good. I think I'll take a dremel and completely cut out the vent holes. With an i9 processor, I want this baby to stay as cool as possible! Finally, the case has a nice matte texture that helps hide the appearance of scratches on the case that I will wear in the future. The legs supporting the laptop from below come in handy from time to time. Hope they don't break. They're just plastic. In short, the deal was cheap. Give or take $20 to protect a $2500 laptop? I am very happy with my purchase!
