Less than one star is good for exercise and fitness
These smelled awful, weird chemical smell. Also, they were too bulky to carry in my shoes so they could only be used at night, but of course they smelled too bad. They feel awful even with silicone on the skin and I started sweating right away. I'll never know if they work or not because I had to throw them out on the porch to stop the awful smell coming into the house.
