Review on πŸ”’ Smith & Wesson Model 100 M&P Lever Lock Standard Chain Handcuffs - Enhanced Steel Quality for Improved Searchability by Michael Miner

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great handcuffs - sporty

Considering there are no perfect handcuffs I have to say they come pretty close. These were my favorite cuffs all winter and most likely will remain so. You can block them twice in the dark or with gloves. No more fumbling around in your pocket for a double lock key. They look sharp and as far as I can tell they can take a hit. They've been frozen, dunked in snow, regularly treated with Lysol and hand sanitizer, banged on my car's plastic seats, and a man thinking he was the Hulk tried to break them. Like all chain cuffs these can break but so far I am very happy with their durability. Edit: These handcuffs lasted over a year before finally failing. I handcuffed her to a prisoner, and the guy started drawing hieroglyphs with his poop on the back of the car. My buddy returned them to me rusty and the lever locks no longer worked. :( He said he boiled the handcuffs to disinfect them. I think the feces got into the locking mechanisms. I walked around with my standard backup handcuffs for a week and couldn't stand them. Bought another one Set of these bad boys in retrospect.

Pros
  • Comfortable to wear
Cons
  • Not as thick as other handcuffs
