Review on Ibera Triangle Frame Bag: Organize and Carry Essentials on Your Bicycle! by Dennis Reed

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good tool storage solution

Just received this, installed and road tested it. The "large" size of the Ibera triangular pannier fits snugly on the triangle of my standard low-rental mountain bike. (I didn't bother to measure as I thought it was a standard size and I got lucky.) The following items fit comfortably in the bag: portable air tire pump, 2 spare inner tubes, tire changing kit (with tire levers, flat wrench and bike multitool) as well as gloves and wet wipes. There is a separate zipped pocket on the outside, perfect for storing wet wipes in case your chain slips and your fingers get dirty while fixing it. The bag is still not overcrowded and the zipper closes without resistance. As promised, the bag doesn't rest on its knees (I even forgot it was there, the day was so good I forgot this was a road test). The only thing I would change is that instead of just velcro to hold it to the frame, I'd rather pay extra for mini cable locks to lock it in place. If you keep opening the velcro to put tools in, the velcro will wear out. If you leave a bag on your bike, you hope no one else is interested in acquiring bike tools.
