Doesn't stick to frost

I liked them a lot at first. However, they do not stick in the colder months! I'm not sure why that should matter. They get stuck when they're in the house, but when they're in the mailbox, the labels start falling off! I end up sealing them with tape, which defeats the purpose of the label holder.
