My older sons had an original Imaginex pirate ship from the 1990's and loved it and played with it for so many years and it has held up great with no problems! Unfortunately I sold it not knowing that in 25 years we would have another son who would also love pirates! So we bought this new imgainext pirate ship expecting that the quality would be worse than the original. However, not only is this pirate ship of the same great quality, it even performs better than the original and our little son and big brothers love it! It is beautifully crafted from high quality materials and is so much fun to collect more sets! A year has passed and this is still his favorite toy every day! And the best part is, just like the original, it doesn't require batteries!
