Very good call quality - much clearer than the iPhone itself. My first caller said he could hear me if I was across the room. I might try connecting it to my laptop for large meetings as well. Allows 2 phones to be connected at once, can handle about a dozen stored device pairing codes (although only 2 devices at a time - not tested yet.) Haven't found any instructions for this yet, although Logitech's website recommended downloading a software update . Haven't done this yet, still charging it for the first time. I paired the speaker with my iPhone 6 and spent some time until I realized the pairing instructions were wrong (says to hold the power button until it's blue). Dots move clockwise), but there's actually a separate button for Bluetooth pairing. Haven't tried plugging in a headset. There is a pull out stand to set the phone down but it doesn't really do anything else and it doesn't work well with my phone as I have it in a protective case. The speaker's own cable is USB and fits neatly into a recess on the bottom. It would be nice if they provided an iPhone charging port so I could leave it there without running separate cables past the device. Overall gets a B+
