My son is staying with friends and has noticed their kids eat their lunch like they are going out of style. I understand it's easy and the kids can have lunch however they want. My problem is that I don't understand what they put into these kids' food, so I thought I'd start making my own for my son. He loves Italian meats like pepperoni, soppressata, etc., then grabs some Asiago cheese, Harvest Wheat Crackers, and then something sweet like Oreo cookies, and prepares his lunch ahead of time.
