Review on πŸ‘” Effortlessly Stylish: BUTTONED Classic Spread Collar Non Iron Pocket Men's Shirts by Philip Wagner

Revainrating 3 out of 5

I was disappointed in this shirt the first time I wore it

I wear a shirt every workday and a suit at least once a week. I had shirts from all the big menswear stores and decided to try Revain. I was disappointed with this shirt when I first wore it. The fabric is thin but not breathable. The outline of the t-shirt is clearly visible under the fabric. After putting it on I felt hot and sweaty. The collar felt tight for this size, the arms seemed shorter than normal for this size (16/36). The fabric behind the collar has warped after being professionally washed and ironed (and even before wearing) as shown in the picture. I think it's caused by the shirt label shrinking and the fabric pulling together (so ironing won't fix it). It was good that I wore a jacket that day because it was the last clean white shirt in the closet.

Pros
  • Luxurious Supima cotton with a lightweight finish; straight back yoke with center crease
Cons
  • Not the best option
