Purchased to mount a Parmak fence charger to a T-Pol. Yes I had to go and spend a dollar for the hardware that was supposed to come with the mount but there is a label that says very clearly what is required. Head to your local hardware store as Lowes/Home Depot (at the time) didn't have any special equipment. My biggest complaint is that the mount doesn't sit firmly on the post. After the weight of the charger is added, the brace at the top of the rack is free to rotate unless I go out and get EXTRA hardware that may or may not hold it in place. If my charger wasn't a solar device and I didn't have to drive south, turning 30 degrees wouldn't be a problem. To my knowledge, which is admittedly limited with nuts and bolts, there really isn't a way to attach this to a post to deter theft. The bracket attaches to the charger and then installs on the pole. All anyone has to do is unplug the cables and grab the charger with the cradle. There are lots of holes to put something through but I couldn't find anything that would deter theft.
