Review on 🍲 Lodge 3.6 Quart Enamel Cast Iron Casserole Dish with Lid - Carribbean Blue: Durable and Stylish Cooking Essential by Sarah Phillips

I have several LeCreuset and Staub pans and this one works just as well as both but costs a lot less. I particularly like that this pot has a lid like the others. If you're looking for an enamelled cast iron pan, you can't go wrong with this pan. UPDATE 9/14/18: I've used this pan a few times since purchasing it and am very happy with it. At first I was concerned that the cream interior would discolour over time. That didn't happen. This pan is very easy to clean no matter what I cook in it. More expensive pans require extra work to remove cooking marks, but nothing is required here. I really like this pan and will buy more in different sizes. UPDATE 6/5/19: I've had this pan for over a year now and it's still as beautiful and spotless as the day I bought it. I use this pan often as it has a lid and is very easy to clean. The non-stick properties of this pan are simply exceptional. No matter what I cook in it, it doesn't stick and doesn't stain. UPDATE 4/1/20: I've had this pan for over two years now and it's one of my most used pans. I use it weekly for sautéing vegetables and casseroles that start on the stovetop and end in the oven. Although I was initially concerned about the discoloration of the light hob, there was no discoloration. Because it's easy to clean, I use this pan a lot more than some of my more expensive pans. I was so impressed with this pan that I bought it for my mom last Christmas. She and her husband are very picky about their cookware, mostly using cast iron. They do not use any kind of non-stick cookware. She once told me she told her husband she refuses to boil eggs on cast iron so I had to buy her this for Christmas. Since then, she has kept telling me how much she loves this pan - not just for eggs, but also for dishes cooked in the oven. If you don't already have this pan, I have to tell you that it's a must-have. I can't recommend it more highly. I hope this review was helpful to you.
