The monitor has terrible picture quality. Everything is very blurry and looks terrible. The monitor also appears to be locked to 60Hz. When I try to change the refresh rate via Windows, the highest setting is 60Hz and there is also no option in the monitor settings to change it. The only thing I like about this monitor is the size. 21.5 inches is neither too small nor too big, which is perfect if you don't have much desk space. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this monitor unless you value picture quality and only need something like 21.5 inches. In that case you should get one.
