Silicone egg pieces are easy to clean. Everything rose as soon as I added water and dish soap. They fold well without the excessive spread that I've had with some other silicone purchases. They are also not too sticky, which I have experienced with other products. They're easily removed from the IP using the included stand with handles that also have silicone for hot lifting. The family loves egg bites for dinner out.
