I wish there were more than 5 stars. I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband (Prowler SXS), he said "It was easy and straight forward to connect and it sounds fantastic." By mid-February we had great weather and decided to take a bike and look for a deer stall to search. iPod loaded, bike and cool box loaded, let's go! Press the power button for some ringtones and nothing! Tried everything (almost everything) and still no music. I was very upset and disappointed, and even more so my husband (because I bought it online there was no one to call to troubleshoot). In short, Guy is AMAZING (as noted by other reviews), he assured me he could "fix" anything, and HE DID! It turned out to be an absolute operator error, we didn't hold down the power button long enough to turn on the player (3 seconds). If you are looking for easy installation, great sound and total customer satisfaction, this is the player to buy! There are no disappointments here and I will keep buying and recommending. Guy thanks for the help; They have a really high bar for customer service/customer satisfaction! Thanks to you we are ready to spend the weekend in St. Pat ☘️🎵🔊
