I wanted to wait a few days after purchase to get a more accurate review and make sure any updates were made so I can really reflect on the battery life. You can try Wear OS watches. Keep in mind they are much larger than the TicWatch2 or most standard wrist watches as shown in the photos. However, this is to be expected with new features. WearOS in general seems to have a lot of issues, I really hope Google keeps updating and supporting the OS as a whole, but any complaints I have aren't specific to this watch, they apply to the watch class in general. Battery life on this and other WearOS watches is fairly limited compared to the competition. Moderate usage can last two to three days on a single charge, with heavy texting I was able to last just over a full day. The screen is fantastic and responsive. I love being able to reply to texts and emails with predefined phrases, Google Assistant, or a keyboard that works surprisingly well on such a small screen. However, Google Assistant's voice recognition is pretty slow and inaccurate compared to other Google Assistant products like my phone or Google Homes. There's also significant difficulty activating "ok google" or "hey google" hotkeys, which appear to be compatible with other WearOS watches. I didn't get any sports features, but the pedometer seems accurate enough. With Spotify it works without problems. and I can easily navigate through my playlist on my phone. It's a little disappointing that this watch, despite being larger, uses 22mm straps while I used 20mm straps on the previous TicWatch, so I can't reuse them for new watches. Limiting WearOS watches at the moment, the TicWatch product line, including the e2, has the best value for money compared to the competition.
