I read a lot of reviews on Ticwatch and the economical E2 should have been my choice as I just wanted to track steps and sleep. Sounds easy enough, right? Not correct. Ticwatch needs Mobvoi software open and running on your phone before it can track sleep, for example. How stupid is that? Also, syncing with Google Fit is laggy, inaccurate, and slow. I wanted to wait a few days after purchase to get a more accurate review and make sure any updates were made so I can really reflect on the battery life. You can try Wear OS watches. Keep in mind they are much larger than the TicWatch2 or most standard wrist watches as shown in the photos. However, this is to be expected with new features.
