Review on 🚙 cciyu SS Exhaust Manifold Kit for Jeep Cherokee, Comanche, Grand Cherokee, TJ, Wrangler (1991-1999) by Rusty Calcara

This should be a comparable replacement for the original. This Jeep model has a design issue that results in premature cracking of the exhaust manifold where the connector is welded to the exhaust pipe. This replacement part doesn't look any stronger than the original so I assume it will eventually fail. (i.e. no extra support or thicker welds). I was hoping for something better. However, all of the bolt holes line up on both the header and head gasket, and fitting the exhaust was a breeze. However I only gave it 4 stars as I couldn't fit the donut spacer and had to get another one from auto parts. Both the old gasket and the gasket from the dealership fit perfectly so there seems to be something wrong with the gasket they supplied. Replacing the exhaust manifold was not difficult. There are videos on YouTube showing how to do it. Do it yourself and save a lot of money.
