Great hat, very useful for night walks! The cap has three settings: light directed towards your feet, light directed further, and a combination of two settings for maximum illumination. I usually have lights under my feet so I know where I'm going, but the second setting is also very useful when the dogs are running in front of me. The cap seems to be well made, I haven't had any problems for over a year. The battery had to be replaced once a year, which isn't too bad considering how much I use it. 4 batteries = $20 per year. No problem! I would buy it again and recommend it to a friend!
