Don't crouch, just breathe. Size down for a more comfortable fit
They don't protect against squats but are thin and breathable. They run on the larger end of a double size. I have an XS/S but it fits like a small. I wish they were XS because they are a bit loose. Not baggy, but loose enough, the material crumples and shifts when you move. I would recommend downsizing if possible. For the record, I'm 105 pounds and 4ft 11in tall so I have curvy buttocks, hips and thighs but they're still a little loose.
