First of all, the packaging is very elegant and visually appealing. The first thing I noticed about the mascara was the smell. It's a pleasant scent, but it gets a little overwhelming before you get used to it. It was very easy to apply without creating a "cocked on" effect. It's light on my lashes and not harsh. Once removed, warm water and a mild facial cleanser removed the mascara without leaving a mark around or under the eyes. Overall the product lived up to the seller's expectations and I was more than satisfied with how easy it was to remove. The price was ok compared to similar products and I think I would buy this product again.
