This is the second wetsuit we have ever bought so I can only speak about sizing as we are not professional divers or anything like that and don't know exactly what we look for in terms of quality and quality are supposed to like but I'll update this as they get used to it. I'm 5ft 10" and about 195 pounds (slightly out of shape). I got XL and it fits me very well. I will update this over time and I use it. I'm a little tired of it coming in and being more of a light red or pink, but it's definitely a good red.
