Our old meat thermometer broke recently so I quickly signed up and ordered this one for a while. We cook a lot of pork tenderloin and steaks so having it on hand is a must. When I opened it from the box it was pretty obvious that this was a cheap thermometer that couldn't be given to anyone or used for a long time. -Expression. This will delay us until we decide to order another of our old ones. It powered on as expected, was easy to use, and easy to read on the screen. Very light due to thin/cheap plastic. Overall, this is a decent thermometer to use as an intermediate or entry-level thermometer.
