Doesn't work in my waterpik.

I bought this product to replace mine Ordered Waterpik floss because it says it will go with any floss. It fits but when you apply water pressure it comes out and doesn't work. It comes in a pack of 4 but I tested one. Can I return 3 and get a refund?

4 piece set: 4 standard toothbrush heads for general use, suitable for family use, enough to distribute each member of the family, good standard heads to replace the original brush
