Expensive return procedure! They look really great, but are much narrower than expected. I'm so used to timed returns being easy and free, I don't think I've seen the fine print that says you have to pay $6 for shipping and handling PLUS $7.50 postage.. A $13 refund for $65 shoes seems a bit steep. I would probably give them at least 3 stars if it wasn't for the disgusting customer service.
