The way is serious.

I've been using them for years and see no reason to use anything else. The locking mechanism works well for using sockets in transit, but usually leaves them unlocked when my socket sets are left on my reel. There are good aluminum organizers on the market, but they aren't as versatile as this one, especially if you work in the field.
