The ability for me as an individual agent to be able to see all of my potential clients information in one place is fantastic! It also has many tools that allow me to stay organized by setting up appointments with each client I contact through their profile page. There are some features which could use more work like being able to post photos or make notes within applications directly from profiles. This feature would improve customer service greatly when contacting customers about changes needed throughout there contract period.
