Seems very well made and super powerful but as other reviewers have pointed out the instructions are terrible and they link to a template that doesn't exist but the install was pretty easy. I had to do a bit of fiddling to get the old lock cylinder onto the new handle, but that wasn't too difficult either. I suggest watching a YouTube video or two showing pros installing pushrods, as their advice and common sense is far more helpful than the instructions that come with it. Home Hardware Central Updated/simplified instructions for those who need them: 1. Remove the old set of locks, if applicable2. Remove the head and end caps from the handle 3. Install the outside door handle 4. While holding the push rod in the door, use a spirit level to ensure it is straight and mark the holes5. Leave the plank aside and drill holes6. Attach a brace to hold the pusher end 7. Insert the bar into the bracket and insert the remaining screws8. Attach the caster lock to the frame9. Replace head and end caps
