I read the reviews before purchasing and found that the opinions on this item were mixed. I think everyone agrees that those of us with glass doors have the most success. So yes, it worked wonderfully for me. Here's my spring wreath hanging in Minnesota's cold weather and land breeze. He stayed in inclement weather as the door kept opening and closing. I highly recommend it!
