I have size 34D (under bust size 30) - had to take S/M
Originally ordered L/XL, but turned out to be too comfortable and offered little support. not too much, but it's legitimate support for the environment. Also, it's not too tight to wear over your head/shoulder (but if it were smaller, it would be big). I see a trend towards Chinese underwear - everything is too big. I always order down. I think they overcompensate for the fact that Chinese clothing is usually very small.
