The first thing to know is that the documentation is very poor. I'm pretty tech savvy, but I overlooked the fact that it's not preset for letter size. You need to install it on the back of the tray. Also, when placed on a letter, it will protrude slightly at the back, so make sure you remove the tape from the back. Even after figuring this out, I've had multiple instances where I've pulled 2 sheets at once. It could just be a hack. It got better with more paper and the more I typed. It's fast and double-sided printing works great when pulling out just the right amount of paper. So far it looks like a good printer at a great price. With everything it can do and an Ethernet connection for downloading, you won't touch the price with anything else. I would also like to point out that installing the software was easy and I had no trouble finding the printer on my wired network with two Windows 7 and Windows 10 computers on my network.
