Great hardware Bad software Android

I really like the printer. All my expectations were justified. However, Android mobile printing software is impractical and difficult to use. It doesn't have a file manager. You must enter a filename if you remember it. The direct printing of documents from the original program always results in a draft. This can be greatly improved.

Pantum Printer in Printers & Supplies

I have worked in IT for many years and I find this printer to be the best I have ever bought. Setting up the wireless network was a chore at first, but I had to set it up to use 2G and remove the default 5G. Worked great for WiFi. I also configured the cable connection to both USB and CAT5 cable, worked great too. There are no problems with printing. Some issues first

The first thing to know is that the documentation is very poor. I'm pretty tech savvy, but I overlooked the fact that it's not preset for letter size. You need to install it on the back of the tray. Also, when placed on a letter, it will protrude slightly at the back, so make sure you remove the tape from the back. Even after figuring this out, I've had multiple instances where I've pulled 2 sheets at once. It could just be a hack. It got better with more paper and the more I typed. It's fast…

Garbage on printers

*One more update*: I've replaced that printer with this one: Ricoh M C250FWB The Ricoh M C250FWB digital color multifunction laser printer is an affordable, high-performance printer that holds lots of paper, prints quickly and clearly in black and white or colour. , scans, copies and prints fronts and backs (and more!). My work place uses much larger versions of these Ricoh which work great - I just wish I had known sooner that they developed this brand for personal use. I'm very happy with it!
