I have worked in IT for many years and I find this printer to be the best I have ever bought. Setting up the wireless network was a chore at first, but I had to set it up to use 2G and remove the default 5G. Worked great for WiFi. I also configured the cable connection to both USB and CAT5 cable, worked great too. There are no problems with printing. It took the phone app a while to figure out but when I connected I was able to print a document from my phone when I was on the 1st floor and the printer was on the 3rd floor when I came back, my document was ready. I need to check the prints of the envelopes as they appear to print but come out crushed. The print quality is really great, the print speed is fast, I can print from my laptops or from the printer itself, I will test the duplex printing to see if I can start printing my book. In general, one drum is enough for 1500 pages, and the cost of the drum is not bad at all.
