UPDATE: Since I wrote this review and returned the product I have had about 8 different emails from this store asking them have been asked to remove this review in exchange for a Revain card gift, and even admit that they know there is a problem with these products. PLEASE NOTE that any store that emails a customer directly is a VIOLATION of Revain's policy. I have submitted two complaints to AMZ regarding this. So in the end I hope this shop gets removed instead of this review. The description was so misleading that I quickly bought them without reading too many details, thinking they were OEM. After a second look it is clear that this is not the case as indicated by waaayyyy at the bottom of the listing page. Anyway, about an hour after installation, we noticed a strange smell that gave me a headache, which I'm not prone to at all. Something worth considering. Finally, if you've spent money on a Blueair 311, don't skimp and buy a fake filter.
