The best part is that it's easy to set up, very affordable compared to other competitors out there, works great for me personally. I honestly don't have any complaints about this product at all! It does what it says on the tin - recovers lost carts without fail (and saves you time!). We use PWC as an e-commerce platform which has some issues when dealing with customers who've just added items into their shopping basket but are not ready to purchase yet. Customers sometimes leave before they complete checkout or add additional products to their basket. This allows us to recover those carts and get them back in the funnel so we can reattempt selling to them later if necessary.
