Excellent packaging, delivered safe and sound! Loved that the glass mug came with the koozie. I wish there was a small cup holder in the middle for a better grip when not using a Koozie. I wanted this clear glass cup for a special tea so I could see it like a tea with a blooming flower. But I want to be able to drink tea without burning my hands. All in all it's great. It came quickly in good packaging, I liked the clean design and extra toppings (koozie) and cool tea. Haven't used it yet as I'm waiting for my blooming tea and other specialty teas to arrive.
