I can't believe how effective and cheap it is.
IT SLIPS ON THE CAT! Surprisingly, it's not a 2.5" crampon, it's a 2.60" crampon, so you can mount it over your existing 2.5" tube. AND! No welding required, cut 7" section, slide spool all the way down. You go in, line up the opposite pipe and push the cat back to close the gap and pinch it. The cat is 11 inches tall, you cut out a 7 inch section to slide down. The issuance went well, it looks like it could cost over $150. Cute stuff, I don't know how they can even make a cat that cheap considering the cost of the items inside.
