Better than Massage Therapist

My sister got it from a physical therapy session and when I tried it for sciatic nerve pain I was blown away. You are perfect. I have tried many things to ease the pain in this area and this is the only one that helps. You can use it while standing against a wall to roll the ball to pressure points, but I use it when I'm prone. The weight of my body helps me get the pressure point I need to get through the muscle and into the nerve area. This is difficult when it comes to the gluteus maximus! Once I find the right pressure point, it only takes a few minutes and deep breaths before I feel instant relief in my lower back. I certify that I have no back pain due to a serious injury and have not had a formal medical diagnosis of the cause of my back pain, so I advise anyone working with a physical therapist or doctor to consult with them first. My back pain ranges from 1 to 6 on a scale of 10, so I know I'm not as bad as others, but the pain is constant and enough to cause problems with energy activity, sleeping in heels, and my mood . This ball also hits my high pressure points on my shoulders perfectly. I love massage and have spent so much money on it, but this ball is more resilient to deep pressure that many massage therapists find difficult to achieve and can't sustain for the time that I need. This not only saves money. I get to my trouble spots immediately by laying the ball straight or rolling it into position, I can leave it there for as long as I need without worrying about time, I can do it daily or several times a day without worrying about time. I spend all my money on a psychotherapist! I can easily take it anywhere in my handbag and as long as I have a clean floor/carpet on the wall and some privacy this is doable. I couldn't believe that something so simple, cheap, non-invasive, non-drug, and portable could help me manage pain and muscle tension. I strongly recommend everyone to buy it as a gift for a family who is also suffering
