This was a bug fix for driver support on the dash. You'll also likely notice a lack of vibration on the left side of the driver's seat. After I removed the cover from the pillow, the wire broke and I was unable to repair it. This part was about the same but had a heavier cable grommet than the OEM. I replaced and reassembled it and that fixed the error message on the dashboard but it didn't vibrate. I disconnected the battery for a few minutes and BAM! I think it saved me somewhere around $500. You can see how to access this drive on YouTube. I never thought this would be a problem and never noticed that this site didn't vibrate. But for €45 it was worth it.
