I may be biased as I have been using Zwilling knives for about 15 years. I recently switched to a Twins Four Star set as I love the handle/weight of each blade. These aren't the best knives Zwilling makes, but they're worth the price and I plan on keeping them in my kitchen for a very long time. That being said, these are definitely not cheap knives; However, some things that may seem like common knowledge to some can be of great importance to the masses. DO NOT put them in the dishwasher.2. Rinse and dry thoroughly after each use.3. Use the right knife for the right job; It goes without saying, but the shape and weight of the blade not only plays a big part in your experience with the product, but also in its durability.4. Sharpen/sharpen your own knives, take classes or watch videos, a good set of knives will last a lifetime!
